Jinchuan Group's 11th Employee Technical Innovation Achievement Exhibition opened at the group's library on May 9, attracting employees from various units.
The exhibition highlights 418 employee innovations since 2023 across six major sectors: nickel-cobalt, copper and precious metals, technology, new energy, new materials, and scientific innovation.
It spans a wide range of industries, including mining, metallurgy, new equipment, AI, healthcare, and eco-agriculture. Models, samples, and detailed display panels showcased these innovations, while their creators explaind each project's background, challenges, solutions, and benefits. Attendees engaged in discussions and watched promotional videos on the group's innovation efforts.
A highlight was the high-precision "hand-tearable nickel strip" process, where visitors experienced the ultra-thin 0.05-millimeter nickel strip firsthand. The Medical Alloy Products Development booth also sparked interest, prompting discussions on product development and clinical applications.
The exhibition features groundbreaking work from top industry talents, including national model workers like Pan Congming, who led projects on high-efficiency platinum refining processes.
It aims to inspire employees to learn from these innovations and apply them in their work. Participants expressed their commitment to embracing innovation and contributing to Jinchuan's goal of becoming a world-class enterprise.
