Jinchuan Group participated in the 8th China International Import Expo (CIIE), held in Shanghai from Nov 5 to 10, signing approximately $1.6 billion in agreements with multiple international partners, a record high for the company at the event. This achievement underscores Jinchuan's growing influence and competitiveness in the global non-ferrous metals industry.
The 2025 CIIE attracted 155 countries, regions, and international organizations, featuring 4,108 overseas exhibitors. The event served as a vital platform for open cooperation, hosting the Hongqiao International Economic Forum and numerous trade and investment promotion activities.
On the first day of the expo, Jinchuan Group signed a memorandum of understanding with BHP for 2026 copper concentrate supply, valued at $1 billion. This agreement further solidifies the strategic partnership between the two companies in resource supply, green metallurgy, and supply chain collaboration.
Through a more open, pragmatic, and innovative approach, Jinchuan is striving to become a world-class enterprise and contribute to the development of a modern industrial system and high-standard opening up.
