The production line
In the upgrade and transformation of the carbonate production line, the project team has continuously increased investment in technical research and innovation. They have also implemented on-site production and equipment deployment as well as reinforced in-depth analysis of production data and desktop simulations, based on the data accumulated during the mass production conversion process of different specifications. All this allows the team to deeply optimize process flows and capacity configurations. They are constantly improving the process of pipeline configuration, enhancing operational convenience, and effectively reducing the risk of cross-contamination during the production of different specifications, simultaneously.
Concerning human resource management, the plant has established a normalized skills training mechanism and improved its assessment mechanisms, organizing regular training activities to enhance employee technical skills. This ensures that personnel quickly familiarize themselves with new equipment and master new processes faster.

Upon completion of the transformation, the carbonate production line capacity will be significantly increased, allowing for the simultaneous production of four different specifications of cobalt carbonate granules.
