Jinchuan-developed "Belt Integrated Control System" begins operating

The independently developed "Belt Integrated Control System" has been successfully deployed at the No. 11 belt of the top-blown furnace workshop at the nickel smelting plant of Jinchuan Nickel-Cobalt. This system, developed by Jinchuan's Information and Automation Engineering Company, possesses capabilities such as real-time monitoring and precise warning, intelligent identification and active defense, data integration, and intelligent decision-making, injecting new intelligence into traditional industrial belt control.

In modern industrial production, belt conveyors, as the "blood vessels" connecting various processes, require stability in operation. The traditional manual inspection-based belt management method faces issues such as low monitoring efficiency, multiple safety hazards, and high equipment maintenance costs. Tackling the problems and pain points in the group's process management, the company organized technical personnel to conduct on-site surveys and demonstrations multiple times, having successfully developed the "Belt Integrated Control System."

The control center

This system deeply integrates cutting-edge technologies such as the Internet of Things and artificial intelligence, constructing a comprehensive and multi-dimensional intelligent perception system. Various sensors can collect and analyze data in real-time, such as belt tearing, misalignment, slippage, key equipment temperature vibration, rope switch status, and equipment operation status. Through high-precision infrared and regular cameras combined with visual AI algorithms, it can identify belt operation status, foreign object intrusion, unauthorized personnel entry, and promptly detect potential hazards and provide early warnings. Simultaneously integrating scattered data into a unified control platform and analyzing real-time data break information silos and achieve data visualization, intelligent analysis, and scientific decision-making, effectively supporting equipment operation and production optimization.
