In Anjiawan village, Anji town, villagers work tirelessly during the crucial stage of baling hay corn silage, striving to complete the work at the optimal time, while the maintenance sub-team shuttles continuously between the corn harvesting fields and the hay storage and baling points, observing the equipment's operation, promptly resolving issues, and ensuring the smooth progress of baling work.

In 2024, the silage baling points in Cuijia village, Liuji township, increased to six. The work team meticulously organized the operations, strictly monitored progress, fully utilized their expertise, assembled a mobile hay cutting and kneading machine by combining a fixed one with a 504 tractor chain. They moved the shredded hay to the field, saving the steps of straw harvesting, loading, transporting to fixed baling points for shredding, improving baling efficiency and building momentum.
Through these efforts, Jinchuan's stationed village assistance work team earned the appreciation of villagers.
