Founded on October 1, 1988, Jinchuan Group Precision Copper Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Jinchuan Group, specializes in the production of copper and copper alloy tube bars, plates and strips, and wire profiles, with an annual production capacity of copper and copper-nickel alloy tube bars up to 30,000 t, that of plates and strips up to 15,000 t, and that of wire profiles up to 15,000 t. Products comply with ASTM, EN, DIN, JIS, and GB standards. The Company focuses on providing services for electrical & electronic, new energy, shipbuilding, equipment manufacturing, and other industries.
Major products include:
-Large (extra-large) diameter copper-nickel alloy tubes and oxygen-free copper tubes
They are primarily applied to seawater pipe networks and connecting pipes in shipbuilding & marine engineering, petrochemieal engineering, and other fields, as well as large equipment, thermal power & nuclear power, tooling molds. The 5,500 t extruder is adopted. It can extrude seamless tube products with a diameter below Φ508 mm weighing 450 kg at least for a single tube.
-Oxygen-free copper plates and strips
The Company can produce high-purity oxygen-free copper plates and strips with purity above 99.995% and oxygen content below 3 PPM. It can produce oxygen-free copper plates with dimensions below 6,000×3,000×150 (L×W×T) mm, which are chiefly applied to sputtering targets, advanced medical equipment, NEVs, and other industries. It can produce oxygen-free copper strips that are 0.3-8 mm thick and not more than 1,000 mm wide. Such strip products are widely applied to electronic communications, machinery manufacturing, NEVs, computer information network engineering, power transmission and distribution, and military industries.
-Oxygen-free copper and copper alloy billets, bars, and profiles
The Company can produce high-purity oxygen-free copper, chromium zirconium copper, tellurium copper, copper-nickel-silicon, aluminum bronze, and other materials, as well as billets, bars, wires, and profiles. Main grades include CW106C, CW118C, CW111C, CW307G, C18150, C15100, C14500, C70250, C62730, CuCr1Zr, CuCr, CuZr, CuTe0.5, CuNi2si, and CuA110Ni5Fe4. It can produce copper billets with a maximum diameter of 700 mm.
-Special-shaped copper profiles
The Company can produce rectangular tubes, outer square inner round tubes, knife-shaped profiles, microporous tubes, inner hexagonal tubes, waveguide tubes, copper-clad steel composite conductive bars, and other special-shaped copper profiles.
-Copper-nickel alloy tube fittings and flanges
The Company can produce copper-nickel alloy tube fittings and flanges, including elbows, tees, and caps. Alloy grades include CuNi9010, CuNi7030, UNS7060X, CuNi10Fe1.6Mn, and C70600.
-Copper alloy condenser tubes
The Company can produce C68700, C44300, C70600, and C71500 copper alloy condenser tubes. These tubes are used in key components such as air coolers for main engines, steam turbines, heat exchangers, lubricating oil coolers, and water heaters. They are primarily applied to industries including thermal power, nuclear power, shipbuilding, seawater desalination, and marine manufacturing.
