Ruan requested Metorex to set a clear timetable for progress of the photovoltaic power generation project and promptly advance its construction. The investment should meet current production needs while also preparing sufficient reserves for long-term development, completely resolving the electricity shortage issue in the project, and further reducing production costs.
He pointed out that the Wesizwe Platinum project team has achieved certain results in the recent phase of work. However, it is essential to learn from past experiences during the construction process, systematically refine the management system, and strengthen its implementation. It is crucial to conduct a thorough economic feasibility study of the project to provide the most reliable foundational support for group decision-making. Ruan also urged that efforts should be made to establish a separate, efficient, concise and legally compliant fund approval process to enhance fund utilization efficiency, and coordinate and resolve personnel allocation issues, work visa problems, and security concerns. The project team must strengthen their confidence, work diligently, overcome current difficulties and obstacles, firmly set goals, and make every effort to ensure the smooth completion of project objectives, striving for early production and compliance.
