The Jinchuan 2024 skills competition finals attracted 30 hoist operators from Longshou Mine, No.2 and No.3 mines to compete on the same stage. The participants were spirited and enthusiastic, demonstrating their precise knowledge of the hoist's structural principles, operating procedures and safety requirements in the assessments. During the practical competitions, they faced complex operating environments and sudden equipment malfunctions, applying their learned knowledge flexibly, making swift judgments and taking effective measures to address the issues.

The nickel salt workers' skills contest of the Gansu province million workers' labor and skills competition held at the Nickel Salts Company saw more than 30 nickel salt workers make it through to the finals after a rigorous selection process.
