Wang Guoliang
Wang Guoliang, mine electric locomotive driver technician, is the team leader of the second transport team in the Longshou Mine Transport Work Area. He has received honors such as Gansu Province Technical Expert, Outstanding Communist Party Member of Jinchuan Group, Excellent Team Leader and Outstanding Young Skilled Worker. In 2015, he won first prize in the 3rd Workers Vocational Skills Competition of Gansu Province in the underground transportation category. He has created and promoted the "Wang Guoliang 2-17 Position Inspection Advanced Operating Method", which has been widely used with great success.
Pu Yan
Pu Yan, an excellent-grade technician in rock drilling jumbo, serves as the team leader of the mining team in the 3rd mining area of No.2 Mine. He has been awarded the Gansu Youth May Fourth Medal, Gansu Province Technical Expert, National Skilled Worker in the Machinery, Metallurgy, and Building Materials Industry, Outstanding Communist Youth League Member of Jinchang City, Model Worker of Jinchang City, Model Worker of Jinchuan Group, Advanced Producer, and Outstanding Young Skilled Worker, and he has obtained two patents. In 2020, he was elected as a member of the National Youth Federation.
Zhou Jie
Zhou Jie, a senior technician in the field of shovel loader operation, is the team leader of the mining team in the eighth mining area of No.3 Mine. He has been awarded the Gansu Province May Day Labor Medal, Gansu Province Technical Expert, Gansu Province Technical Model, Model Worker of Jinchuan Group and Advanced Producer. In 2020, he won first place in the underground mining competition (shovel loader operator) of Gansu province. He has also developed and promoted the "12-90-0-3-2 Rock Drilling and Blasting Method" which has been successfully implemented.
Wang Weirong
Wang Weirong, a flotation technician, serves as the team leader of the ore dressing workshop in the Mineral Processing Plant. He has been awarded honors such as Model Worker of Jinchuan Group and Advanced Producer. His advanced method of operation won third prize for outstanding technical innovation achievements in Jinchang. He has put 29 staff technical innovation projects into action and proposed 63 suggestions.
Pan Congqiang
Pan Congqiang, a technician in sulfuric acid production, serves as the team leader for the purification process of the 700,000-ton sulfuric acid system in the Nickel Smelter. He has been honored as a Technical Model of Gansu Province, an Advanced Producer of Jinchuan Group, an Excellent Communist Party Member and an Excellent Innovative Talent. He has led the innovation of over 30 achievements, authored four papers, obtained two utility model patents, and one invention patent.
