In recent years, the No.3 Mine of the group has vigorously promoted technological research, and achieved a number of technologically innovative results with good application effects, high promotional value, and broad prospects, which has served as a new engine for the construction of smart mines in the new era.
The completion of the east poor mine ventilation system and disaster wind reversal simulation research project in the No.3 Mine area has achieved real-time information perception of mine ventilation, and intelligent fault diagnosis, disaster warning, safety control, and emergency control during disasters. This ensures the reliability and effectiveness of mine ventilation safety, and improves the automation, informatization, and intelligence level of the ventilation system.
Meanwhile, the underground remote centralized ore handling system has been fully applied in the east poor mine area, effectively reducing the risk of personnel operations and increasing the safety level during transportation.
Furthermore, the overall command center system, the asset management system, and the wireless communication and video monitoring system for vertical shafts have been put into operation in the No.3 Mine.
In 2023, the No.3 Mine also completed research on mining engineering software applications and the application of smart workshops for sand and gravel, further ensuring the efficient and low-cost operation of the mining production system and injecting new impetus to promoting the green and high-quality development of the Jinchuan mining area.
Currently, the No.3 Mine has a total of 32 scientific research projects. More technological innovation achievements are expected to emerge.
