Over the years, intelligent transformation has led to several breakthroughs in the construction of green mines in Jinchuan's No.2 Mine area.
No.2 Mine has formed partnerships and collaborations with several universities and research institutes, such as Central South University, the University of Science and Technology Beijing, Kunming University of Science and Technology, the Changsha Institute of Mining Research, and the Jinchuan Nickel-Cobalt Research and Design Institute. These collaborations have provided guidance and technical support to the No.2 Mine, exploring a complete set of mining process technologies.
The research project "5G + Mining Haul Truck" remote control system has conducted successful experiments and is making breakthroughs in the direction of unmanned driving; the research project "Remote Control Ore Unloading Technology for Shuttle Cars based on Advancing Mining Method" has achieved phased results, marking the achievement of remote-controlled ore unloading for the self-produced JCCY-6 shuttle car in underground production at Jinchuan; underground production has successively introduced large advanced trackless equipment to replace traditional manual operating modes, effectively reducing labor intensity and significantly improving production efficiency.
To comprehensively promote the construction of intelligent and green mines, No.2 mine has innovatively integrated digital technology with mine production management. It has established a comprehensive digital mine management platform, ventilation optimization system, centralized control platform for auxiliary production systems, and a microseismic monitoring system. This integration has achieved three-dimensional and process-oriented geological survey and mining technology, standardized and refined business management, as well as automated and integrated monitoring and control.
Jinchuan Group's No.2 Mine will continue to regard sustainability as the ecological foundation, and in doing so, a beautiful ecological landscape of green mountains and clear waters is gradually unfolding in the area.
