On Nov 22, Wang Cheng, a special researcher from the Counsellors' Office of the State Council and former director of the Labor Inspection Bureau of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, led a research team to visit Jinchuan Group.

The team conducted on-site research on various projects of Jinchuan Group, including the precious metal recycling and utilization project and the annual production of 30,000 tons of new energy electronic materials copper foil project of Jinchuan Group Copper Co., Ltd., the annual production of 100,000 tons of nickel sulfate solution for power batteries of Jinchuan Group Nickel Salt Co., Ltd., and the nickel alloy plate and strip project of Jinchuan Group Nickel Alloy Co., Ltd. In addition to hearing an introduction of the projects' construction, process technology, and research achievements, they also conducted detailed inquiries on the skill talent training and industry development scale of the company.

Wang expressed his appreciation for and recognition of the achievements of Jinchuan Group in industrial development, product orientation, process technology, and intelligent transformation, as well as its work in talent development and employee training.
