This training features four modules: Jinchuan’s spirit inheritance, safety skills enhancement, career development, and practical experience. It has a total of 28 theoretical and practical courses.

Through systematic training, new employees are provided with detailed explanations of Jinchuan Group's development history, strategies, corporate culture, and management systems.
