Integrated development of enterprises and Jinchang city
Jinchang is a resource-based city that was driven by the mining enterprise. Over 50% of its tax revenue and over 60% of its industrial output value come from Jinchuan Group.
In January of this year, Jinchang and Jinchuan Group held a symposium on the integrated development of enterprise and the city, aiming to promote the local high-quality development. This development pattern has been ongoing for five years.
In 2023, Jinchang city has focused on improving the industries, ecologies, public services, and social governance of its rural areas. A total of 238 key projects have been implemented. An urban-rural integration development fund worth 1 billion yuan (about $137 million) has been set up. About 212 companies have been organized to carry out actions supporting the development of rural villages.
