Cross-linked power cable
The cable conductor is produced by drawing copper rods made from high-purity cathode copper, with features of low resistivity, high current carrying capacity, and low energy consumption.
The conductor stranding process employs the Taiwan Pioneer φ630 frame-type stranding machine. Each coil is equipped with a wire break detection device and a Germany-imported magnetic hysteresis brake, ensuring the quality of the wire core.
Low-voltage cross-linked cables adopt ultraviolet radiation cross-linking technology and vulcanization, ensuring stable product quality.
6-35KV cross-linked cables utilize intelligent three-layer co-extrusion dry cross-linking production technology, equipped with Swiss Zumbach diameter measurement instrument, greatly improving the service life of the cables.
Cable stranding is done using a φ3150 disc-type stranding machine, while the sheathing extrusion is carried out with a φ150 extruder machine, which is capable of delivering a large amount of extrusion for the production of cables with large sizes and lengths.
