The 2023 mentoring program of Jinchuan Group kicked off, with its opening ceremony being held at the company recently. On behalf of the over 2,060 pairs of mentors and apprentices, 10 pairs attended the ceremony and signed mentorship agreements.

Skilled talents are the driving force behind the development of the company, and young employees have been contributing to building Jinchuan into a world-class enterprise. Accordingly, the company has always attached great importance to the cultivation of young employees and actively promoted the mentoring program.
This year, Jinchuan Group has so far identified 1,799 pairs of orientation training mentors and apprentices and 263 pairs of targeted training mentors and apprentices, which will promote the skills improvement of young employees and the continuous growth of various talent teams, reserving talents for building a world-class enterprise.

The mentoring program is a systematic and long-term task of Jinchuan Group. At the opening ceremony, 10 mentors received their letters of appointment. More than 350 members of Jinchuan Group's leadership group for mentoring and apprenticeship work also attended the event.
