At the beginning of 2023, PT. Wanatiara Persada held its 2022 Outstanding Group & Individual Commendation Meeting, which was the first large-scale commendation meeting of the company since it was established. The meeting signifies the integration of Chinese and Indonesian cultures and the stimulation of corporate vitality.

During the meeting, 3 departments, 10 teams, 41 workers, 64 producers and the selected "Top 10 Model Workers" from the 105 outstanding individuals were commended. The company awarded honorary certificates and bonuses to the advanced teams and individuals who won the awards, and organized a three-day trip to Bali for the "Top 10 Model Workers".
This commendation meeting demonstrates the care of the company for its employees. In the new year, PT. Wanatiara Persada will continue to provide a better working environment and promote the friendly relationship between Chinese and Indonesian workers, in a bid to stimulate people to contribute to the high-quality development of Jinchuan Group in 2023.
