In 2022, Longshou Mine has adhered to the Jinchuan Group’s strategic principal of "scale multiplication, structure optimization, mode innovation, and party building", and successfully completed all production indicators throughout the year, with a sales volume of over 4 million tons, 100.1% of the annual plan. The selected nickel grade was 0.76, 100.3% of the annual plan; the sales volume of nickel metal was 30,295.2 tons, 100.3% of the annual plan; the operating revenue was about 1.62 billion yuan(about $236 million), hitting a record high.

While ensuring the annual mining task, Longshou Mine has accelerated technological innovation. Through the company's 2 projects and 18 research projects, it has accelerated the reform and breakthrough of a number of new equipment management strategies, including the "caving method" and "EAM system". The mechanized transformation of the stope has greatly improved excavating efficiency, solving the constraints of "mining, filling and excavation". It has also further explored the potential of digital mine construction. Through strengthening the awareness of innovation, fine management, scientific organization, ore output has exceeded the 4 million tons.

Longshou Mine has accelerated the completion of the mechanized transformation of the stope by optimizing the stope's construction design, speeding up the engineering construction rate, and adjusting the stope's specifications. It has realized the automation of the production system and the informatization of the partial management system. At present, Longshou Mine has built an overall digital construction framework of "automation system + 5G + structure + informatization system".
The overall production capacity of Longshou Mine has increased to 4 million tons, laying a solid foundation for the company's goal of 4.4 million tons by 2023. A series of key projects, such as the successful application of the "caving method" and the construction of digital mines, have provided favorable conditions for improving the standardization of the mine.
