On December 1, through the joint efforts of employees, the Kinsenda Copper Company and the Musonoi Project in the Democratic Republic of the Congo of Jinchuan Group Engineering Construction Mine Engineering Branch surpassed its annual production targets a month ahead of schedule.

Among them, the Kinsenda Copper Company has completed 101.6% and 113.1% of its annual plan for the excavation of roads in meters and cubic meters respectively, and 100.8% of its annual plan for mining volume. The Musonoi Project has completed 119.5% and 119.1% of its annual plan in terms of the excavation of roads in meters and cubic meters respectively.
The Jinchuan Group Engineering Construction Mine Engineering Branch strictly implements the "four simultaneities" management requirements of overseas projects in accordance with the overseas project development principal of the "integration of Chinese and foreign cultures, skilled personnel with high efficiency, management mode with innovation, and construction of the Jinchuan brand". It takes specific measures according to the actual situation of each project, so as to coordinate the production and operation of each overseas project department.

The Kinsenda Copper Company organizes mine construction and mining production by optimizing the construction organization, improving the system and supporting facilities, and other effective measures. The Musonoi Project focuses on optimizing the production system and ensuring production materials, comprehensively improving the ventilation, power supply, drainage and transportation systems, speeding up the construction of key lines, preparing the production material demand plan in advance, and making every effort to ensure the procurement and supply of materials, which has created favorable conditions for achieving annual production targets ahead of schedule.
On the basis of guaranteeing construction and production, the two project departments will plan future work in advance, seize the opportunity of international logistics transportation resurgence, speed up the procurement and storage of production and living materials, and strive to make new contributions to the production and construction of Jinchuan overseas resources projects.
