Jinchuan Group's asset management system is the largest invested information project of Jinchuan Group in recent years. It takes the full life cycle management of assets as the main line to manage the various links of equipment and facilities from formation to retirement, planning to implementation, items to value, business to finance, and business processing to statistical analysis, taking full account of different management requirements in the different periods of equipment application. It is a software platform designed and developed according to the asset business management requirements of Jinchuan Group.
In accordance with the principle of "overall design and step-by-step implementation", the system adopts the method of "piloting before promoting". Under the cooperation of the Jinchuan Group digital center, security department, and Jinchuan Information & Automation Engineering Co., Ltd., the online application of the system at Jinchuan headquarters and in over 100 domestic subsidiaries was completed in two stages, and the system functions have been optimized and improved simultaneously to ensure the stability of the system and the security and reliability of its data.
The application of the asset management system has realized the integrated management of industry and finance of Jinchuan Group's asset business, further standardized the asset business process, improved the efficiency of asset management, accelerated the pace of digital transformation, accumulated valuable implementation experience for the subsequent information project construction, and provided strong support for accelerating the pace of digital empowerment and high-quality development of Jinchuan Group.
