The plant has built a three-dimensional production and organizational structure of production control, equipment surveillance and data analysis as well as an information dispatching and commanding system. It has closely followed the global trend of the mining sector, incorporated digital, informationalized, automatic, smart, standardized and intensive approaches in its production procedures, and independently developed an integrated and automatic system for compound concentration. The plant has also established a "5G plus" intelligent model workshop and a human-machine interaction smart production demonstration line, transforming from manual operations to self-operating and artificial intelligence at the workplace.
